• The DocuCraft name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of the developer.

• PDF files you process remain your property. The app does not claim ownership of your content.

• DocuCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that output files will be identical to the originals.

• Encrypted or DRM-protected PDFs may not be processed correctly.

• The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

• This includes but is not limited to data loss, corruption of files, or any indirect damages.

• Always keep backup copies of important PDF files before processing.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

• These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws.

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
